Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items returned after the eligible return period.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective).
Return Process

Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your Order Number along with photos or videos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.
If your refund is approved:

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details for the refund.
Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement if:

The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if eligible, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:

Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, PureSwipeKart will bear the return shipping cost.
